On 21 February 2011,
a high level FEATS international conference was held in
Geneva, Switzerland, where stakeholders from both the Geneva
community and the five project countries (including,
government and Geneva mission representatives, civil society,
research institutions, IGOs, academics, and the media)
gathered to launch the second phase research publication and
deliberate on its main findings and recommendations. In his
statement, the chief guest Pascal Lamy, Director General WTO,
